File Transfer Protocol

The best method for uploading to this web site is FTP.   FTP is easy to use, and has been the standard method for sending files across the internet since the beginning of the internet itself.  If you're unfamiliar with FTP read my step-by-step instructions.  If you already know how to use FTP, see the server settings listed below.

FTP SERVER SETTINGS:
    SERVER ADDRESS:  'ftp.fifefamily.net'
    LOGIN: 'anonymous' 
    PASSWORD: Use your first name.
    IMPORTANT: Do not use 'passive mode'. If you're having problems, you're probably using 'passive mode'.
    Change Directory to the hidden folder 'uploadweb'.

If you need an FTP client program, I recommend the well-known WS-FTP application.  You can download for free here.  During installation, specify that you're a student using the program at home for personal use.

Uploads will be available immediately at: www.fifefamily.net/download/
